About Millie’s

Inspired by my grandmother's love of baking which she enjoyed passing on down to all of her grand children we are proud to offer for sale her own original take on the classic New York cheesecake. Born and raised in NYC, she lived much of her life in the east Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn. Her name was Millie hence, in tribute to her, welcome to Millie's Brooklyn Cheesecake.
